I’m Andrew Roberts, a class of 2026 Park Scholar at Ithaca College. I have been writing my blog, Boston Sports Mania since 2014. This blog is mainly about sports, but has also grown to serve as a personal portfolio.

I have been a big sports fan, especially a Red Sox fan since I was 5. I was even a junior announcer for NESN at a Red Sox game in the 2009 season.  My video of saying the lineup is on YouTube. The same year, I said Play Ball at Fenway to start the game.

I hope to become a professional sports broadcaster once I graduate college, but my many sportscasting experiences to date and my work on this website have given me a great start. This summer, I will be utilizing these skills as the broadcaster of the Niagara Falls Americans.
