The Cubs are in the process of major rebuilding but will stink until it’s done.This year,I project 4th place,74-88,24th overall.Next year,my NL Central Standings are Cardinals,Cubs,Reds,Brewers and Pirates.I project a tough race in this division for 2015,like 2013,but more extreme.All the teams will be hot.In 2013,Only the top Cards,Reds and Pirates were close.Jeff Samardzja took over as Cubs star but a new star is likely during the rebuild.The Cubs stink now,but have a very bright future.
